How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days across Belgium. Larger items may take slightly longer. You will always receive a tracking code once your package is on its way.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at care@bopets.eu for the return procedure.
From what amount is shipping free?
At Bopets, you enjoy free shipping on orders from 70 euros. Standard shipping costs apply for orders below this amount.
