Shipping Information
Delivery area
Bopets delivers orders throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping costs
Orders from €70 are shipped free within Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping costs for your order are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your order and delivery address.
Processing and delivery time
Orders placed and paid on business days before 10:00 AM are processed the same business day. All goods are delivered to the address you specified with your order.
Our courier service picks up from Monday to Friday. There are no pickups on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Delivery times are indicative and not strictly binding. If we cannot deliver on time, we will always notify you before the expected delivery period expires.
During busy periods (holidays, promotions) delivery times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed by email in that case.
Shipping risk
Shipments by third parties are always at the risk of the recipient. If you receive goods damaged during transport, please report this as soon as possible and within 3 days via care@bopets.eu.

We work with reliable delivery services to get your order to you safely and quickly:
- bpost
- PostNL
Depending on the type of shipment, your order will be delivered via bpost or PostNL in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email. This allows you to follow the status of your delivery at any time via the bpost or PostNL website.
Not home during delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a notice. Depending on the delivery service, your parcel will be offered to a neighbour, pickup point, or a new delivery will be scheduled. You can track this via your track-and-trace code.
